i found the location really convenient. it was close to many sightseeing attractions. the staff seemed friendly and flexible, that was nice. i also liked the breakfast, it had good options.
the room was not what i expected. i booked a beautiful room and it was quite small. the room lacked a minibar, what was a bit disappointing. also, i found there was poor room preparation.

The location was good. It was close to many attractions.
The shower was tricky to use. It had stiff controls. the shower head would not stay in position, and i had to hold it. the bed was not comfortable because it was too firm.

This hotel is great location. It is near many attractions and shopping areas, so that was super convenient. The room was modern and clean. I especially liked the excellent air conditioning that kept me comfortable. The staff was kind. They responded to my needs quickly and efficiently. I also found the breakfast to be great, it gave me a good start to my day.
My room was a bit small. This was the only minor issue .

The room had modern decor and felt very clean! It featured excellent air conditioning, a huge plus. The bathroom included all necessary accessories and extra items were available upon request from the reception desk. This was very convenient.

the room was clean , and the bedding felt quite luxurious.
the shower controls were unusually stiff , and i had difficulty adjusting the shower head. the bed , consisting of two single beds pushed together , was shorter than expected. it was not particularly comfortable , either.
