The location was convenient. It was near a metro stop.
The room i had was not ideal. It was located right next to the breakfast area. i was woken up early by the noise of other guests. This was disruptive since i wanted to rest (i booked this stay with the purpose to rest). when i complained to the reception, they did nothing about it.

The room was super clean. Every day, they changed the bed sheets and towels. it was beautifully decorated and had a very cozy feel. i loved the vintage speaker in the room!!!

The location was convenient and nice. It allowed easy access to the metro.
The front desk staff was quite rude during my checkout. He snapped his fingers instead of asking for the room key. this gesture was unexpected from a four-star hotel. i also found mold in the shower (a serious hygiene issue).

I found the location convenient. It was close to many restaurants. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable.
I experienced noise issues. Sounds from the hallway were easily heard in the room. The elevator stopped between floors. This created an inconvenience when moving luggage.
