FANTASTIC Stay Near Gare du Nord!

The super nice team. They spoke perfect English. My room featured a big bathroom (i was surprised!). The mattress felt firm, and the pillows were comfy. The hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, which I greatly appreciated. The location is VERY convenient near Gare du Nord and the city center.
The shower drain in my room was a little slow. I had to take short showers to prevent overflow.

The staff offered assistance with directions and local recommendations (really helpful!). The front desk employees were always available and quick to respond to questions. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient.

I found many restaurants near the premises. I appreciated that tea, water and sweets were available in reception. The staff, especially Celia, provided friendly and helpful assistance. I liked that it was a short distance from Gare du Nord train station.
The stairs had uneven surfaces on the half-landings. The corridors looked a bit dingy.

The staff were very friendly. They spoke English very well. My room had sufficient space. The bed was also super comfortable.
Using it with luggage was a challenge. We almost have to fold it to enter. The hotel are fairly basic, the corridors are dingy.

The location was superb for access from Gare du Nord. The room had a comfy bed with clean sheets. I found the complimentary drinks at reception a real treat. Storing my bags after checkout was also possible, I really appreciated this service.
I also noticed the stairs were uneven. this was a minor inconvenience and didn't impact my stay much.

The location is great because it is a short walk from Gare de l'Est. Our family room was spacious. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (they even put our luggage in the room before we returned!).
There were a lot of pre-check-in emails, including one asking me to check in online. I didn't need all those messages. A large person with a big bag may have trouble.
