the staff were friendly and helpful, so that was acceptable.
The room i got was not like the pictures online (i booked based on those pictures). it was right next to the entrance, the elevator, and the reception. i could hear the entrance door and elevator all the time. the floor also felt dirty. My feet were grimy after a while.

I was super impressed with how close i was to everything! the metro entrance right outside was a lifesaver, and the easy access to both gare du nord and gare de l'est made getting around easy (i even walked sometimes!). i also really appreciated the quiet nights. I slept so well in the comfortable bed.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped. A shower curtain would have really helped keep the water from going everywhere.

the hotel is conveniently located near gare de l'est and gare du nord, so i had super easy access to transportation. the immediate area includes a metro stop right outside.

i appreciated the proximity to the gare de l'est train station. nearby metro lines offered easy access to the city. the staff were kind with directions.
The sound insulation was not great. I heard noise from the hallway.
