Excellent Stay Near Bastille
convenient location friendly staff painting exhibition
The location was convenient. It was a short walk to Gare de Lyon (about 10 minutes, quite manageable even with luggage). I found the staff cute and friendly. They were always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby had nice decoration with a painting exhibition, a pleasant surprise (always nice to see art).
The air conditioning was not working in my room. Instead, only heating was available. This made the room too warm for my liking. It affected my sleep quality, causing a bit of discomfort.

The lobby featured interesting art pieces. I noticed that carafes and tumblers were available to take water to their rooms. There was no coffee machine in the room, the pay-to-use coffee machine was located on the ground floor.

The staff was helpful and efficient, especially Kevin and Qinza (I remember those names). The staff accommodated questions aplenty and demonstrated great accommodating attitudes. The receptionists were friendly, eager to help.

My room felt bright and clean, meeting my expectations for a comfortable stay. It was quite spacious by the city's standards (which can be small). The bathroom looked great, too, I must say.

The hotel sat on a quiet street. It was very close to shops, restaurants, and metro stations. I found it easy to walk to the river, Notre Dame, and the Marais district.

quick walk gare d'lyon nice restaurants friendly staff heating malfunction hot bedroom no fan
the location stood out to me. it was a quick walk to gare d'lyon. i noticed nice restaurants close to the hotel. i appreciated the friendly staff.
the air conditioning wasn't working. instead, the heating was running. this made my bedroom really hot and hard to sleep in. i asked for a fan, and they didnt have them.

a haven of serenity
train stations safe suburb scrambled eggs quiet room
The hotel is very near train stations. Traveling around town was very easy. This location felt safe. I felt very secure walking back at night. Breakfast was a joy, i loved the scrambled eggs especially! My room was also notably quiet, a perfect retreat after seeing the sights.
I found the gym equipment needed some maintenance. The elliptical didn't start.

Staff were very friendly. Their assistance contributed to a really smooth stay. The reception was always tidy. It created a cute first impression. Assistance with directions was available. I very much appreciated this help navigating local spots.

The room was clean and of a generous size. Staff were amazing and eager to help with questions.
