amazing location and friendly staff!
eiffel tower viewfriendly staffperfect metro station
the location was very nice!!! we had an eiffel tower view room and it was just so special. the staff were lovely and made my boyfriend's birthday so much more nice by providing a cake and a note. the staff were cute. the metro station was just outside the hotel, perfect.
i didn't find that teas and coffee were refilled each day. milk was also not provided in the room for drinks.

the breakfast buffet had a super range of local products. cheeses, cured meats, pastries, crepes, and jams were available. there were also many restaurants and pubs near the hotel.

the hotel staff are amicable and helpful at all times. they answered all questions in a courteous way. that includes the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and cafeteria staff.

the staff was very helpful. a desk clerk accompanied us to the metro ticket office across the street. this person assisted with our ticket issues. i appreciated the kindness. the location is superb. it is within walking distance of the eiffel tower. i even had a partial view from my room.
the room had a stale smell. the towels seemed a bit yellow from repeated washes. i noticed a rip in the curtain. there was only one lift serving the entire hotel.

Our room was a nice Classic Double Room.. It included water, juice, sodas and snacks. The proximity to the metro station proved advantageous. The location was a bonus.
The lift was very small, resulting in longer wait times.
