a decent stay, some minor hiccups

the decoration was very nice! the bathroom looked modern and the room felt comfortable. breakfast included champagne, wow. the location near the arc de triomphe was also pretty great!
the elevator was slow and felt small, it took ages. also, i asked for a late check-out, and the staff kept delaying. eventually, they wanted to charge me for an extra day! and water was only provided on the first day.

i found the location to be very convenient it was close to many attractions. jamal and wajdi at the reception offered the best services. i thought they were helpful and friendly.
i was asked to pay an additional deposit at check in even though i had already prepaid for my stay. i got this deposit back at check out but i was not expecting it. i found this a bit weird and inconvenient.

the room was clean and modern it also had fascinating decor details. the room felt comfortable with a luxury feel with robes and slippers. the balcony added a lovely touch.

the hotel has a fine reception area it presents a very parisian style. the elevator serves all floors of the building. the lobby includes comfortable seating and complimentary newspapers.

breakfast was satisfactory with very good coffee on offer each morning. the selection offered a rich variety with everything one might want to eat. the restaurant is well kept and offers a comfortable environment.
