slow serviceindifferent staff
The front desk staff seemed INdifferent. Check-in felt impersonal even at the price I paid. Breakfast cost extra, however, the buffet ran out of food quickly. The service was also slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get coffee.

the front desk staff seemed indifferent. breakfast cost about 40 euros and it was substandard. i ordered coffee twice and it took over 15 minutes to arrive, then it was cold.

The pool area is fantastic. It accommodates both athletic swimming and relaxed lounging. I found the fitness studio perfectly equipped for a full workout. The location is peaceful, situated in a nice area, i really enjoyed everything.
The key card slot in my room was faulty causing issues with the lights and other electrical systems. Staff tried to fix it, but the problem quickly returned . The smell stayed throughout
