Excellent Location Near the Metro

the room had a good size it also offered a balcony with a view i found the staff accommodating they were polite and occasionally humorous breakfast had excellent choices evening meals were quite tasty. the hotel is close to a metro station it made getting around easy staff spoke english fluently. the room was nice new and clean it seemed recently refurbished the reception staff was helpful. the beds were comfortable the bunk bed was great.
i found that cups were not provided in the room for the tea and coffee making facilities i had to get paper cups from the bar milk was also not provided initially.

the hotel is directly opposite a metro station on line 2 this provides convenient access to the city's attractions nearby bakeries and eateries offer various dining options for visitors seeking local cuisine. the area felt secure even late at night.

the staff was helpful. the location is convenient with easy access to the metro (this really helped me get around). the room was clean and the bathroom was very good.
the room was not cleaned properly. i had to request fresh linen and towels. the floor wasn't vacuumed and old food was in the refrigerator.
