convenient locationearly departure
The room included a kettle. I also found the location convenient to the Gare de Lyon (this detail was really useful for my early departure).
The breakfast starting time was a little tight at 8:00 am (this meant I had to rush slightly).

The front desk staff was helpful, recommending a great nearby restaurant. They also provided clear directions for using the metro. I was able to check into my room by mid-morning, very convenient after my early flight. I found the bed to be the largest I've slept in while in Europe. The staff recommended a great restaurant, which I appreciated very much.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience. I prefer to have cold water available in my room.

Breakfast service occurs from 6:30 to 11:00 every morning. The selection included croissants, chocolate croissants, cereal, and pancakes. Guests can also choose yogurts, fruit, cheese, and fluffy omelettes. The coffee is excellent.

the room i had was quite small, a classic double room. it felt cramped. the toilet made a loud noise after flushing, and it kept me awake. i also didn't like that the tv only had french channels. it's annoying.

the room was super clean the bathroom felt new and bright i appreciated how close it was to the stations a short walk made travel easy the staff were friendly and very helpful ensuring i had everything i needed. i loved the little touches the artful decorations added to the overall charm of the place breakfast offered a variety of choices from fresh fruit to eggs prepared just how you like it. the hotel has quiet streets near gare de lyon it was easy to relax after a day out i found many local restaurants close by it was nice to have a choice of places to eat.
the lack of a fridge in the room was a slight issue i would have liked to keep some drinks cold

Mixed feelings, I must say.

I booked a room months in advance and requested a quiet room on a high floor, I ended up in a ground-floor room facing the sidewalk. People talking outside woke me up constantly! The blackout curtain was useless and the central climate control meant I couldn't turn on the A/C even when it was warm. I spoke with several reception staff about changing rooms. Nothing happened.
