I requested a room with a view and received a great view. The staff was able to answer all my questions during check-in. The hotel phoned a restaurant to make a reservation for me, and it was excellent. The room size exceeded my expectations.
The hotel requires someone at the front desk to let you in at night, and there was a wait one evening.

great location added security dirty lobby cigarette smell
i appreciated the hotel's location near the designer district. it was also reassuring to be close to several foreign embassies because this added a sense of security.
the lobby didn't feel clean and fresh i could see dirt in several places. there was an unpleasant cigarette smell on our floor and it persisted throughout our visit.

The location proved acceptable.
I found problems with the room. The safe did not work. The air conditioning made a very loud noise at night. I had to turn it off to sleep.
