The staff were friendly and helpful .
I found the room to be quite small (it barely fit my luggage) and it lacked essential amenities. There was no refrigerator, disappointing since I wanted to store some snacks.

The room has blackout curtains that do a good job.
I did not like the parking situation. I had to ring a bell each time I wanted to enter, and wait for someone to open the door, that took 5 to 10 minutes. To exit, I had to leave my car and ask reception to open the gate for me. The staff was not friendly with one exception.
