I found the staff very helpful. a receptionist gave me a bigger room, so i could store some items overnight. breakfast had good options. rooms were clean. the metro was a short walk away. I found the location easy to access.
The towels were thin and quite basic. I expected better quality.

the staff was helpful and polite. the location offers convenient access to public transport options and i found that beneficial to my travels.
the room felt stuffy because i could not open the window. the air conditioning was present but did not seem to work effectively. this made the room unpleasant.

The room i got felt quite stuffy. the window didn't open, so fresh air was a problem. i asked for a fan, but it was partly broken. plus, there wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room, i had to ask for a hairdryer, and we only got three towels. That's just not enough. receptionist was an unfriendly person!!!
