The hotel location suited my needs. It provided walkable access to attractions. The subway access simplifies travel around the city. The staff responded quickly to requests, including reservations and car service arrangements. The room provided comfort with all necessary amenities. I found everything very well organized.
The elevator moved at a SLOW pace, a minor inconvenience.

i appreciated the birthday wish with a bottle of wine after my long flight. the room was a duplex and pretty, that was good. breakfast was excellent, i have to say. the staff gave great support.
food was not good at the restaurant, its true. i ordered some salmon to only find it as raw salmon. they did not refund it. the manager told me to know what i am ordering before i order.

i loved everything here so much! the staff were awesome and made sure i was good to go. they checked up on me and i left super happy. i hope i can visit again, it was awesome!
the concierge wasn't interested in helping. she was on her phone when i asked for help and pointed outside for a taxi. also, the restaurant wait times were long and my table was not cleared. they put seafood on my dish, but i got an allergy to that!
