the front desk staff were pleasant (a definite plus).

the air conditioning was quite noisy. the parking situation was also inconvenient, as the lot was full upon my late check-in, requiring me to use another lot some distance away. accessing my room with luggage involved stairs because the elevators were out of service.

The staff were attentive. They seemed ready to help with any request. this. the hotel IS very well maintained. it also has its own gym.

there are 2 elevators, but one was out of service for 4 days out of my 6 days there. this made for long waits. the carpet in the room smelled like stinky feet. i believe if i'm paying more than 240$ a day i should get at least continental breakfast.

The staff greeted me warmly, which really set a positive tone. i had a spacious king room, and it was clean. the bed was so comfortable (i actually slept better than at home!). the hotel's location near the train station was very convenient, and i walked to nearby eateries for breakfast and dinner. I found affordable options. i'm super happy with my stay.

the gym lacked air circulation, and it felt stifling. i think adding fans would make it much more usable.

the staff was very friendly and professional. i enjoyed a refreshing drink at the bar. one of the bartenders was on his first day of work. he was very diligent about making sure our drinks were perfectly made.

i believe a rock would be softer than their pillows. they are small. i ended up using my clothes to stuff the pillowcase. i asked for other new pillows and they were just as hard. so, not a good sleep.
