superb hotel experience

I stayed for several nights and found the room spacious. the room included a nespresso machine. i liked the complimentary water carafe (very convenient) and the ice bucket. There was an ice dispenser on my floor. the location was perfect. Le petit champlain and the funicular were only a short walk away.
i noticed the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The hotel offers filtered water on each floor. a coffee station is available in the lobby near to-go cups. the fitness center is equipped with modern machines. I noticed the equipment was well maintained.

an italian restaurant is connected to the hotel, named il matto. the restaurant provides convenient options for dinner (reservations were definitely needed). room service is available and orders typically arrive within 30 minutes.

The front desk offers quick check-in services. the staff responded quickly to requests and were friendly. valet parking is available. I found this very helpful given the location of the hotel.

drab and dimly lit rooms, i guess
very dark roominoperative machine
this hotel, well, let's just say it wasn't what i was expecting. the room was very dark, and it felt more like a bunker than a place i wanted to spend any time in. also, the machine i wanted at the fitness center didn't work or i couldnt figure it out. what a mess, isnt?
