amazing location peaceful view
The location was amazing i loved being so close to everything! our room had a wonderful view of the courtyard and pool. It felt so peaceful!
the elevator wait times could get a little long during peak hours.

The hotel's location is perfect. It provides easy access to the French Quarter's attractions. I found the inner garden with a pool nice. The building's history is felt .
The room was small. It lacked any chairs and there was little space for hanging clothes.

The valet service was quick. Tips from the concierge were helpful. The front desk staff offered an upgrade and early check-in. David assisted us with bags, providing navigation information.

friendly staff excellent location enhanced security small room peeling paint poor water pressure
my room had a view of the courtyard. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the location was excellent and i could easily walk to many attractions. the elevator required a keycard, and i appreciated that enhanced security.
the room felt a bit small to me. i noticed some peeling paint in the shower, it wasn't perfect. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and it fluctuated between hot and cold. i did experience some noise from nearby rooms.
