The location was central. It was close to everything. The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was really friendly (I especially appreciated their smiles!).
The parking price felt steep. I think the rate was not clearly explained upon arrival. I ended up paying a considerable amount for parking .

i really liked the valet service. boston made it easy, almost like easy! the room was clean too, and guest service was amazing. i will be coming back!
the shower door did not close properly. also, the toilet paper holder was off the wall and on the ground. i called to get it fixed but no one answered. i called 3 times!
