clean room convenient location helpful staff members fair price
The room was quite clean upon arrival. The location proved convenient for accessing various points of interest. The staff members I encountered were nice and helpful.
The hot water was occasionally inconsistent during peak hours.

There's a communal kitchen available for guest use. I saw it had a microwave, a kettle and basic cutlery. It seemed okay for preparing simple meals .

basic stay with some issues
broken tv excessive noise
i had some issues . the tv in the room did not work. the noise from other guests was excessive late at night (teenagers were shouting at 3 am and ignored my requests to quiet down).

clean house good location nice resident single bed hot water no staff
the house location was good. it was nice and clean too. other residents were nice, so that was pleasant.
the room i got, it had a single bed. the picture showed a double bed, so i am unsure. sometimes the hot water stopped, but not often. i never meet most staffs.

The room cleaning was well done. I had two towels available in my room. The access codes arrived before 3pm (that was convenient).
The room had a single bed, but the picture showed a double bed. I'm not sure if I was in the right room. The hot water stopped working sometimes. The house was usually warm though.

the location is GREAT. i enjoyed easy access to nearby areas. the kitchen includes necessary appliances. I also thought there were clean towels provided.
