prompt shuttle close location helpful staff
The shuttle service was prompt. I appreciated the location very close to public transit. The hotel provided easy access to the light rail, I could visit different locations. The staff was helpful when i needed something.

convenient and clean near the airport
easy access clean room mini fridge useful machine
the hotel is right across the street from the rail line making access to events simple. check-in was easy. i had a clean room. the room also came equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave near the elevators, and an ice machine (very useful).
My only slight issue was the lack of cups in the bathroom. It's a small detail, but worth noting.

the room includes individual heat and cool controls, important because outside temperatures fluctuate. i enjoyed having a clean space with functional amenities to relax after travel. the bedding felt fresh and comfortable.

the buffet breakfast offers choices like eggs, bacon, and oatmeal to start the day. there is an on-site restaurant if you don't want to leave the premises. the hotel also has an after-hours bar, with available food.

the hotel is very close to the airport, providing quick access after a flight (it saves time and stress!). the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, running every half hour. plus, its location provides easy access to the light rail.

the front desk staff was friendly. they sent a confirmation email before my arrival, asking if i needed anything. the shuttle driver was also friendly and professional.

helpful agent friendly bartender affordable dinner
The front desk agent was helpful, and the shuttle driver was awesome! the bartender was very friendly too. housekeeping kept my room tidy. I also enjoyed affordable dinner and drinks at the restaurant downstairs.
the surrounding area wasn't very appealing.
