muhammad provided excellent service during check-in he helped with the room and parking. the rooms felt modern and clean i especially liked the absence of carpets. the hotel offers convenient parking and a reliable free airport shuttle it was very helpful.
the hotel lacked some expected amenities like coffee makers and microwaves in the suite this was unusual. i expected more to be available. i had to ask for basic items.

the free airport shuttle was convenient. it runs every 30 minutes to terminal 1 and 3. i found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, especially with check-in. they allowed me to check in early around noon, which i appreciated after a long flight.
The parking fee felt a bit steep. I paid $28 for overnight parking.
