The bistro food was indeed really good. i appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle. It ran frequently. my room had a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for rest. the front desk staff were helpful .

the shuttle bus arrived every 30 minutes, acceptable for airport transportation.
the corridor on my floor was not clean. it looked vacuuming was skipped despite assurances from housekeeping.. the entry host initially denied my prepaid breakfast, claiming it wasn't included. this required a trip back to my room to present proof of payment.

My room was well-equipped with good toiletries provided! The staff was SO friendly and professional. I appreciated the free airport shuttle. It only took about five minutes to reach the airport. The quiet atmosphere in my room was a HUGE plus, helping me rest before my flight.
I noticed the gym hours were limited , restricting my workout schedule.
