the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. It is close to the Eaton Centre and the subway. The room included a mini kitchen with a full-sized fridge. I found the in-room laundry units very useful.

i found that the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff was kind and professional. Pella provided opportunity to upgrade. She loves her job and she knows how to. I am grateful and if I have a chance, I will stay here again.

the location was very central. i found a shopping mall just around the corner. i also saw the staff was very accommodating to requests i made. the lounge area was lovely.

the housekeeping service was late one day. our room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon, even after i requested it early. i also found there are no parking spots on the hotel. so drop off by uber or taxi is on the streetside.
