I really liked the amenities provided in the room. It was everything I needed. A full functioning kitchen with dishwasher was available. That was awesome. The staff seemed very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is GREAT for shops and transport.
Getting around the hotel to visit friends felt a LITTLE difficult. It wasn't always clear how to get back to reception, but this wasnt major.

The hotel offers several dining options. I noticed a restaurant with seating for about 60 guests. The menu featured both local and international cuisine. That was appreciated. Breakfast buffet includes a selection of pastries.

I observed that the fitness center has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. That was useful. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. It was so relaxing. A business center with computers is available.

The hotel is situated near multiple bus stops. This makes travel easy. I could walk to several shops and restaurants. It was so convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and well-lit at NIGHT.

The front desk staff was available 24/7, WHICH I found reassuring. Housekeeping services were provided daily. My room was always clean. Concierge services helped me with directions and bookings. I AM so thankful.

everything i wanted amenity wise was provided in the room. the bathroom was fine. the lighting was good. staff was very helpful and accommodating. the location is great for shops and transport.
i couldn't work out how to switch off the very bright light above the hob.

the hotel is in the same building as hornsey town hall. this building was used as the police station in the whitechapel tv series. local transport links are very good also, very useful.

the staff were helpful and friendly. i found the check-in process quick and easy. (it made a good first impression!) the room was very clean and well-equipped.
the reception experience was slow. i felt there was uncertainty and confusion. getting around the hotel to see friends in other rooms proved difficult. it was hard to find my way back to reception.

i had a very good experience. the location had good transport for access into the city. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. the kitchen included a dishwasher and good lighting.
the reception was slow with some confusion. there was uncertainty about the process. the tv gave an error message.
