the staff was always ready with water, an iron, and even travel chargers. they microwaved my food and brought it to my room, i was charmed!!!
the room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been a nice addition for storing drinks.

The location was very convenient (the proximity to St Marcel Metro Station really helped). Lots of eateries were nearby too. The front desk staff were cute. Pauline checked me in. She was helpful and kind, and also made sure my room was ready early.
The room lacked a mini-fridge or kettle. The bathroom was designed in a wet room style. after showering, the bathroom floor was soaking, a bit inconvenient.

The staff provided great service and quick responses to requests. All staff members were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I also got some great food recommendations from the staff.

The steam room seemed like a high end spa, a fun extra. I especially enjoyed the steam room. The metro station across the street made getting around the area easy.

the room i had wasn't great. the bathroom seemed unfinished, with a strange wet-room design . also, the door wouldn't close or lock properly, a concern. the staff seemed unconcerned with the bathroom issues (i thought they would have been more empathetic).

the included breakfast was amazing it had plentiful fruit yogurts and pastries. the room was clean EVERY day it was cozy too. the staff was helpful ready with blankets and pillows.
the room lacked privacy i could hear people coming in and out. the bathroom was a wet room the carpet got wet. the door on the bathroom would not close properly
