Mediocre Experience, Several Issues Noted

The air conditioning was not effective. The room felt stuffy, even with the fan they provided. Street noise was also a problem. The nearby bar was loud late into the night, and sirens from nearby hospitals occurred frequently.

the staff provided transportation instructions. they moved a flower from our room to a vase. the room was cleaned every day. i found the staff very kind and helpful.
the shower door needed fixing. it got stuck when closed. the air conditioner did not function as it should. we had to open the windows for four nights. i found the street noise disruptive.

The location provided easy access to sights and shopping. The hotel team was cute and helpful. I found the double room to be adequately sized. It was quite decent for a visit to this city.
The complete lack of air-conditioning made my stay on the 5th floor a bit difficult.

The staff were very helpful. They answered all questions. The breakfast had ample choices, including many pastries. My room, a Triple Room, was very clean and well-equipped.
The lift was quite small. Only three people fit comfortably.
