A Decent Stay

comfortable bed friendly staff missing counter insufficient soundproofing

The staff was friendly. The location was also convenient for accessing main attractions. The beds were comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. I enjoyed walking to nearby shops and restaurants.

The bathroom lacked counter space. There was no place to put toiletries. The room was not soundproof, and I heard noise from the hallway. The sun woke me up early because the curtain was not a blackout shade.

the staff greeted me nicely upon arrival. a staff member carried my luggage. they told me to sit down at concierge service. they spoke with me for a while.

the light in our bathroom was blinking. it never was fixed.

kind staff clean facilities convenient metro old towels musty towels threadbare towels

the staff showed kindness and friendliness (which was much appreciated). the facilities were very clean. the location proved close to both the metro and the eiffel tower.

I am rewriting my review after a reply from this hotel. during my stay, i experienced an issue with the towels. I only received hand towels in my room. i called down for new towels, but they brought up ratty old musty threadbare towels. i went down to the front desk and asked them for new towels again but i received the same towels again.
