the staff showed kindness and friendliness (which was much appreciated). the facilities were very clean. the location proved close to both the metro and the eiffel tower.

I am rewriting my review after a reply from this hotel. during my stay, i experienced an issue with the towels. I only received hand towels in my room. i called down for new towels, but they brought up ratty old musty threadbare towels. i went down to the front desk and asked them for new towels again but i received the same towels again.
