The staff were attentive at the reception desk. They were cute during my entire stay. The room was clean. The location was excellent for accessing nearby shops and restaurants.
The breakfast room could sometimes be crowded. It made it difficult to move around during peak hours.

The room included a private hammam, a lovely amenity to have. There were fresh towels daily and the temperature was easily controlled with an in-room thermostat. The bed was very comfortable with quality linens ensuring good rest.

the location was good, near the garnier opera house. the room included a coffee machine and a fridge! the bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

I found the breakfast to be a bit much, price-wise. maybe they could offer a cheaper option for those of us who just want a coffee and a croissant. also, the room wasn't super clean. I spotted a few areas needing some extra attention to dust.
