I found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed any questions i had. the rooms feature modern facilities. the complimentary coffee and croissants in the lobby were a great perk. This helped me save a little on breakfast costs.

The hotel is very close to the Chateau Rouge metro station. Many shops and markets surround the hotel. The staff cleaned the room daily without being asked. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at the lobby.
The bathroom was small. The toilet was close to the sink. Reaching behind to get toilet paper was necessary.

the location worked well it was close to the chateau rouge train station a two-minute walk i appreciated the cleanliness of both the hotel and the room the staff was friendly and helpful. i liked having free coffee and water available in the lobby it was a nice touch after a long day.
the hairdryer in the room was not very powerful it took a while to dry my hair.

the area felt unsafe. many people loitered on the streets, and i saw rubbish everywhere. the neighborhood did not feel clean and orderly. there was noise at night too.
