the location was great. it was an easy walk to markets and the duomo and piazza (i loved the duomo!). the staff were very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was a nice way to start the day. the garden was gorgeous.
unfortunately, the hair dryer was not really working. the bed was super uncomfortable. the wlan was poor. i couldn't even use an adapter since the electricity was that old.

the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was also very clean and well-kept. the breakfast offered a good selection of food options.
The receptionist was not very friendly upon arrival. she did seem a bit rude during the check-in process. the plumbing was quite noisy. I could clearly hear the neighboring guests.
