The location rocks! Babbacombe provides fine views. I found the walking distance to the theatre and restaurants super handy. Breakfast was fantastic. Portions were quite generous too.
The host welcomed us coldly after a long drive. I felt unwelcome. The bar had no one in it. The place felt ignored, and it reminded me of the owners no longer cared.

ed greeted us warmly. he ensured we felt at home. the breakfasts were very nice. ed prepared a lovely omelette with mushroom. parking was available near the hotel.
the room faced the back, so the view weren't great. the room seemed smaller then the photos. live music played next door on friday, it created some noise. i found it a little bothersome when trying to sleep.
