I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a beautifully decorated atmosphere and smooth check-in. The location was perfect for exploring the River Walk and enjoying the views from our terrace. However, the loud construction noise and street sounds made my experience less enjoyable. I appreciated the fantastic breakfast and evening Kick Back event, but having only one working elevator really impacted my stay.
