My family and I encountered some major problems during our stay. Initially, we were given a room that was incredibly dirty, which was unacceptable, and the second room we were moved to had pest issues. While the staff was really nice and tried to help us, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel didn't meet expectations. The management did try to rectify the situation, but we ultimately felt it wasn't a place we could stay with our kids safely.
