friendly staff fast elevator
The location was great. The staff were friendly. the kickback hour included good drinks. i especially liked that the pool was great, but the elevator was fast!
the patio wasn't done yet.

helpful employees nearby restaurants ideal location luxury hotel
i found the location ideal. the french quarter and restaurants were easily accessible. even tour pick-up spots were nearby. the front desk employees were helpful and always pleasant. i reminded me of a vip in a luxury hotel .
the nightly kickback food was not great after one night. they must improve this offering because the dinner food stayed the same. the drinks, however, were a nice offering each night.

Breakfast tasted fresh and had variety. they had scrambled eggs and other standard fare available each morning. the evening meal included hotdogs, nachos, gumbo, and baked beans. There was also a salad option available.

The front staff were friendly and gave suggestions for getting around the city. they provided useful information. staff members went out of their way to be helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness.

the pool area seemed nice and relaxing with plenty of space. the hotel building had character and high ceilings which i found appealing. the room was spacious and comfortable SUFFICIENT for my needs.

Excellent visit, great perks
spacious room good location many selections trolley service
My room was spacious, it included two queen beds. The location allowed me to easily reach many shops and restaurants. Breakfast included many selections, happy hour also provided good options. Trolley service was just a few feet away.
The fridge froze everything i put inside. It made keeping drinks cold difficult.

The pool area included plenty of loungers and a shaded section. The fitness center features three treadmills. Access to guest floors required a key card, this added a layer of security.

The front desk staff was friendly. They provided helpful directions to local spots. The manager was present and spoke with guests. Everyone seemed cute.

The breakfast offered excellent choices. The evening kickback had free food. The kickback drinks were much appreciated. I found the service during meals amazing.

The hotel is within walking distance of many places. A trolley stop is right near the hotel. I found the location convenient. The french quarter was a short walk.
