the hotel was clean. staff was very helpful, i enjoyed those omelettes. happy hour was great everyday, it made the afternoons very relaxing. the pool was amazing and refreshing. we loved it there.
i found the facilities were not in great shape. supposedly, it had been recently renovated, but the bathroom had issues. the door handle was broken, and i got stuck in there.

the free shuttle service to the cruise port was very helpful. the hotel's location near shopping and dining was also beneficial. i found the pool to be a nice amenity after visiting the beach. free snacks and happy hour each evening at the bar were available.
the elevators were slow and insufficient, which caused delays. it also made moving luggage challenging at times.

The hotel's location proved very convenient for our pre-cruise plans. The lobby decor is very nice with tropical foliage and inviting spaces. The staff members were always helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had an inner courtyard view.. I felt secure and the room was very inviting.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours but it was not a big issue.
