I appreciated the central location, which allowed convenient access to area attractions. The beds provided comfortable rest. The on-site staff was helpful when I had questions. They answered my calls quickly.
I did noticed that the toilet was running. The cistern seemed it was not filling correctly. This issue affected the peace sometimes.

stained sink inconsistent communication
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found someone's eyelashes stuck to the shelf in the bathroom and the kitchen sink looked quite stained. it seemed the place hadn't been dusted in a while. the biggest issue was evidence of someone being sick on the balcony, it had been there for some time and seagulls were visiting the area. i reported it immediately, but i was told it was bird poo. communication was also a bit inconsistent as one person said we could leave our luggage, then someone else said no.

The location is very central and convenient. Parking is available right next door to the hotel.

persistent cobwebs cannabis odor
the central location proved acceptable.
the cleanliness was notably deficient, i observed cobwebs in numerous locations. additionally, the room possessed a distinct odor, reminiscent of cannabis. i also encountered small flies, a further indication of inadequate hygiene.

really good!

comfortable bed extra bedding helpful staff
The bed felt really comfy with extra bedding. the shower was also good. a member of the night staff helped me when the heating stopped working late at night. he came straight away and sorted it all out. He was a lovely guy.
i noticed a running motion noise in the wall. it sounded like an extractor. it went on every minute and resulted in me sleeping on the sofa. i was also awake most of the night because of the noise.
