Charming stay near iconic landmarks
metro stationcoffee machine
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station it made traveling convenient. The location felt safe and I found several restaurants within a short walk. I also liked the complimentary coffee machine in my room it was a nice touch. The en-suite bathroom was clean and modern.
The hotel didn't refund the deposit I paid.

The staff was helpful. The location was near a metro station and a bus stop. This made going to and from the airport easy. The hotel was in a quiet area, near the Arc de Triomphe.
The bathroom showed signs of needing updates. The taps in the bath did not work well. there were chips along the mirror and melted marks on the floor.

dated roominconvenient location
the decor seemed a bit tired i must say. i mean the room felt dated and not quite as fresh as i had hoped for. also getting around wasn't the easiest thing. the location turned out to be further from the main attractions than i expected so much for convenience

great locationmissing tilesfaulty taps
the location was acceptable, near the arc de triomphe and close to le palais de congrès.
My room needed some updates, especially the bathroom. there were missing tiles around the bath, revealing a hole when touched. the taps in the bath weren't working correctly. They were unsteady, and the water flow to the shower head was impaired. it wasn't terrible but it wasn't quite a 4-star experience i expected.
