The Penthouse, located on the top floor, provides access to a 13 m2 private terrace with views over Paris rooftops, plus a kitchenette, microwave, and DVD player. Guests can choose rooms with a courtyard or street view.

The location is really convenient. It is near the metro and train station. the room was very clean when i arrived. the staff were helpful .
my room was a bit small. the air conditioner did not seem to work very well. they gave us a fan, then took it away the next day. the air conditioner still did not work.

The room was quite small, a noticeable drawback. the air conditioning was not effective enough. I struggled to adjust the temperature. The room felt uncomfortably warm during the night. A more efficient cooling system would have improved my comfort significantly. These issues affected my overall stay.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to two metro stations, allowing convenient access to the city. the direct line to gare de nord and the airports was invaluable. the hotel is also located on a lively street with many cafes and restaurants. soundproofing kept the room quiet, which i appreciated.
the absence of fresh salad, fruit, and milk at breakfast was a minor inconvenience. the wifi signal was unfortunately unreliable.

Great stay close to EVERYTHING

The reception staff was helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite, which I really appreciated. The hotel also held our bags after checkout, which allowed us to walk around and get lunch. We could enjoy our wine and cheese in the room because they gave us plates and a wine cork.
The elevator WAS small, though adequate for one person with luggage.
