Good stay close to everything
clean roommodern decorcomfortable bed
The room was very clean. It included updated features. I liked the modern decor. The beds were comfortable (i slept like a baby). Bouchra, a special touch that really stood out.
The bathroom door needed some extra effort to close properly.

The location provided easy access to multiple metro lines and stations. A short walk got me to Gare du Nord. The area felt secure and there were several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, made everything very convenient.

The staff were friendly. They were available to help when needed. The breakfast was also great (especially the pastries!). The staff always greeted me with a happy bonjour and helped with extra supplies that I needed.

Wonderful Parisian Experience!

My room had everything I needed! The French doors opened to the street. The staff are really friendly. Everyone was so pleasant. Breakfast express option included two pastries, tea, coffee, juice, and yoghurt.

ideal locationwide windows
The location was ideal. it was close to the metro and within walking distance to the places i wanted to visit. the room included two windows that opened wide. This was a plus!

The front staff was helpful and cute .
The cleanliness needs significant improvement. My bedsheets were already dirty upon arrival, a HUGE letdown. I had to ask at reception for them to be changed, and they were only replaced after two days. Seriously NOT acceptable.

the room was spacious. a fantastic boulangerie (i loved getting fresh pastries every morning!) was just around the corner. the lobby staff were nice.
the bathroom door needed force to close. the towel rack fell off the door. there was maintenance work in the room next door with a lot of banging from 9am onwards.
