The staff at the front desk were always available and ready to help. My room featured a spacious layout and modern design elements. The on-site restaurant provided diverse menu options, with quality ingredients. I found the proximity to local attractions useful. I could easily walk to many popular sites.
The elevator seemed a bit slow sometimes.

a good and convenient stay

the rooms were clean. the bed was comfortable. the tea provided was beautiful from a specialty tea shop. the hotel is located in a fantastic area for exploring. i found the metro close, but the city is walkable and bolt rides are affordable.
some of the streets nearby seemed a little dodgy. it was a minor concern.

The breakfast room featured large windows and a terrace overlooking a lovely square with a wallace fountain. This created a bright and pleasant atmosphere for the morning. the area is historic and known for the wholesale fabric trade.

Adequate stay. Some disappointments

The room i got was smaller than i expected, even though i booked what they called a 'superior double room'. i think the only superior thing was the view of the square which was nice though. also , there was a used mattress propped up against the wall at the top of the stairs, it looked messy and was annoying to squeeze past. The general state felt a bit tired.
