the staff was very helpful and nice. the room was perfect (i had a wonderful experience).
the windows were not adequately soundproof, and i heard the sirens till late at night. the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable.

the street view wasn't great from the window. i could hear car noise from passing traffic all night. the timber floors felt dirty, and the carpet wasn't clean
