The room was uncomfortably dark! and the noise levels were unacceptable. the walls are thin. I was disturbed throughout the night by constant noise from neighboring rooms and corridors! ranging from slamming doors to furniture moving. it was impossible to sleep! i raised the issue by email, but the hotel ignored me and did not respond to my concerns.

the location was excellent, close to the bastille metro station. several buses run from the louvre, notre dame, and the eiffel tower to the area. the area is calm and has many restaurants and boulangeries. the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any needs.
the building facade seems old, appearing a bit tired.

The location was super central, right by the metro! i could hop on and zoom all over. the staff were so kind and helpful. i also appreciated the luggage lockers. I had a late flight and it was great to safely store my bag.
the furniture looked a bit worn, with some noticeable damage, honestly. the room felt quite dark. plus, the noise from other rooms was definitely an issue, and i heard everything!

The location was REALLY convenient. It was close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. The metro was a short walk.
The shower design was awkward. I found it challenging to access and exit. the hallways were quite narrow. I reminded me of I was in a maze trying to find my room. I think the elevator was small.
