the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to the eiffel tower. the room was modern and well set up i found lots of shelving available. check in and check out were both very simple processes the hotel made it easy.
the room had industrial shelving that didn't work well as a wardrobe. it wasn't a huge issue but it was not perfect.

The location was excellent near Gare de Lyon. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the foyer. This was a nice touch. My room had a decent size and was quiet. the WiFi worked properly. I needed convenient access to transportation, and the location was perfect!
The shelving in the room served as a closet. This felt somewhat industrial.

The room had a well kept bathroom and comfortable bedding. A functional desk and chair were available, alongside sufficient lighting for reading. Climate control in the room operated efficiently, awesome for personalized temperature adjustments throughout my stay.

The location was near the train station. This made travel very easy. The staff assisted quickly with directions. I appreciated that help. Free coffee and water were available near reception. This was certainly a nice touch.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard noises from outside.

The hotel is very close to the train station, only about three minutes on foot, a great advantage. The metro is also nearby. You can reach the city center quickly.

the location was super convenient , especially since i arrived late at night. it was easy to get to from gare de lyon. the breakfast was good , a nice way to start the day. i liked that there were restaurants around the building.
the room had industrial shelving , not really a wardrobe. the bathroom reminded me of just a shower room. after showering , the floor was all wet , a bit inconvenient.

The location was very convenient near the train station. I could easily catch a boat cruise nearby to see local attractions. The breakfast had nice variety (i especially liked the pastries!). Tea, coffee, and water were available for free in the foyer.
The room was a little noisy as it wasn't soundproof at all.

The room was too noisy. I could hear everything happening outside, hard to sleep (i was really annoyed by this). the hotel needs better soundproofing.
