fantastic experience
safe areahelpful staffuncomfortable bed
i found the location superb.. it is just a few kilometers from the eiffel tower. the area feels safe and residential, and i noticed some good food spots nearby. the staff are very helpful and willing to assist with any questions.
the room i had was hot, even though the air conditioning was on, it did not cool the room down effectively. also, i thought the beds were not very comfortable, and the bathroom seemed a bit dirty, needing some upgrades.

the superior queen room sofa included a queen-sized bed and a sofa. the room was clean and well kept upon arrival. the space felt adequate for a short stay, accommodating luggage and personal items.

the staff was lovely and accommodating (nothing was too much trouble for them).
I was not happy with the bathroom. The shower floor looked rusted and really needed replacement.

i found the location superb it was a safe residential area. good food joints were close by. the staff was very helpful.
the hotel was a lot smaller than i expected from the pictures therefore there was no real bar. the breakfast was limited room service options were also quite limited

The room was spacious and bright on the 3rd floor! there were tea and coffee facilities available. i found an ironing board and even a steamer. I thought that was nice. the bed was huge!
the bathroom seemed to have a strange arrangement where everything got wet after a shower.
