the location was very nice near the eiffel tower. The staff were very friendly and willing to help anytime. the room was very clean and quiet i slept like a log. I appreciate that it was very comfortable.
i did miss not having a kettle to make my coffee in the mornings. This was a minor inconvenience. Everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations. I hope they add it soon.

excellent locationattentive staff
the location was excellent. everything was in walking distance. the staff were attentive and polite. dorjee helped us get a taxi to gare de l'est. she even emailed us to ask if we made our train. i really appreciated her concern.

the hotel offers taxi service from charles de gaulle airport for approximately 105 € for three people with luggage. breakfast included omelets made to order with cheese and bacon. they provided an iron upon request for the duration of our stay.

Location was superb, especially its closeness to the metro. I found many good restaurants nearby. The staff provided good travel advice. The rooms were clean daily.
My room was small. The elevator also had limited space for large luggage. It made moving things a little difficult.
