lovely hotel in a prime spot

i had a good stay. the super nice team with directions and gave great restaurant recommendations. the bathroom was quite nice (loved the hot water pressure!), and i found the beds and pillows very comfortable after long walks. i really appreciated the absorbent and thick towels.
the breakfast choices could be expanded a bit, particularly regarding fresh fruit options.

the room featured a queen bed and windows that could be opened. the bathroom was nicely redone. towels were absorbent and new. i found the room normal in size.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and arranged airport transportation. they took my luggage to my room and generally made sure i had what i needed. fernando was wonderful.

the location is excellent, very close to the opera and department stores. vendome square and rue st honore are also minutes away. it is easy to walk to the louvre and the left bank from here (it's a wonderful walk!).

breakfast included pastries, yogurt, fruit, bacon, and eggs. the hotel also provides express breakfast for those in a rush. there is a refillable water bottle in the room (very handy!). reserving a cab to the airport at the front desk was very convenient.

The hotel benefits from its central location. I found many attractions within walking distance. Public transport was also easily accessible.
My room was not ideal. It had very little natural light and a poor outlook. Access to the bath and shower was difficult and the toilet space was small.

wow, the staffs there are amazing! they always made sure i had everything i needed and even helped me with directions to all the cool spots. i really loved that they kept my room super clean every day with fresh towels, a big plus for me. plus, the breakfast was totally delicious, with many options!
okay, so my room was a bit on the smaller side, like really cozy. also, the bathroom felt kinda old and could use some updating, you know? the elevators were super slow and tiny, i often waited a while.
