The room size was great! it was a superior double or twin room. breakfast included fresh baguette and tasty pain au chocolat, so yummy! the location is close to different metro stations. That was very helpful.
the underground car park was very tight. i signed a document in case something happened. it was a little stressful!

the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.
The location was not great. The surrounding area did not feel safe at night. my room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was also quite small. the elevators are old and made concerning noises during use.

The staff were amazing, especially with the complimentary upgrade to a superior suite upon arrival. The room had ample space and included a comfortable bed. I found the underground parking very convenient. The metro station was within a short walk from the hotel.
I noticed the restaurant was closed for the month, a small disappointment since I had hoped to dine there.

The reception colleague, Hani, was so friendly and helpful. He provided a complimentary upgrade for my stay. The staff ensured my luggage was safely stored after checkout, a HUGE convenience as I explored until my train. The check-in process was efficient even with my late arrival.

The hotel is near two metro stations, offering easy access to central locations. The safe parking garage was reassuring. Though the immediate area is a bit hidden, I found it convenient for accessing major attractions (i was happy to use metro).

The gym had very well-kept equipment. Amine at the front desk was particularly helpful when my son was ill! He was also very understanding. The hotel quickly located a forgotten Apple watch and arranged delivery. This shows honesty.
The hotel had some damage. A broken tap and a broken mirror were noticeable.

The room was spacious! The bed felt very comfortable. There was also breakfast included. It had tasty fresh baguette, pain au chocolat and croissants available. I saw eggs and multiple cheese and meat options too.
