the location was amazing with many great stores and restaurants within walking distance. the family room suited my needs perfectly because it was two adjoining rooms. it also had two bathrooms which was very convenient

i REALLY appreciated the coffee machine available in the lobby. It provided convenient access to refreshments. The location was fantastic i found. It allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff was amazing from arrival to departure. The room WAS nice and comfortable.
the corridors felt quite small. the lift was also tiny and broke down a couple of times . i HAD to use the goods service lift.

the hotel is near the louvre, notre dame, and luxembourg gardens. it is close to convenient train lines. these lines provided FAST transport across the city.

I found a very high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. They always kept smiling. I appreciated the free and delicious coffee available in the lobby. The location was excellent for accessing many sights.
My room was located close to the elevator. I could hear it occasionally, a minor disturbance.

Breakfast included varied food, beverages, and cakes ensuring many choices. There was also coffee available in the lobby without charge. More veggie options would had been great, maybe some cheese or grilled mushroom.
