the location was acceptable because it was near public transportation.
The room was small. I felt claustrophobic. the noise from a nearby bar kept me up each night. the showerhead was also broken and sprayed water everywhere.

I really enjoyed the easy access to public transportation. plenty of bars and restaurants are nearby. It made exploring so convenient. the staff was friendly. They kept everything super clean. i found great value here (the location is superb!).
the walls are thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel provides 24-hour access, very convenient, especially if you have late nights exploring. there is also a lift available. It makes moving luggage easier. it's a plus the hotel has a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

the location is in a vibrant area with many shops and restaurants. i found the bastille area and coulee verte easily walkable. the hotel is also near gare de lyon, which helped when i planned a day trip.

my room had everything i needed and was decorated in a french style (it felt very authentic). i had a very comfortable bed and appreciated how clean everything was. it gave me a sense of home.

the staff was helpful and friendly (they even helped me call a taxi!). they were pretty good too ensure my stay was comfortable. i always received warm greetings and assistance.

The staff was helpful. Joelle at the front desk was particularly friendly. the room was clean, and it had everything i needed. i was charmed by the good comfortable stay i had. the location worked well. It was convenient.
I did not appreciate the outdated room. it reminded me of it has not been updated in decades. the room was very small. the hotel was expensive for the room size. I believe it was overpriced.
