The lighting was not ideal. There were harsh, white LED lights AND softer yellow lights. One of the yellow light fixtures was broken . The staff did offer to fix IT though. there was NO elevator. Walking up three flights of stairs WAS not great.

really good serviceroom layoutnighttime noise
the staff provided really good service and were friendly upon arrival.
The room layout proved problematic. Opening my suitcase blocked access. the toilet and bathroom were separate. excessive noise at night disrupted sleep due to the hotel's location above the restaurant and on a busy road.

Our room had only one small window in the bedroom, and the skylights were blacked out, it was a bit gloomy! I thought our room would have a more stylish interior. It didn't look like the photos online. I found this quite disappointing.

the absence of an elevator proved slightly inconvenient, particularly when i had to manage luggage up the stairs

my room included a rainfall shower system, a separate vanity area, and plush bedding i noted usb charging ports were integrated into the wall sockets, convenient for modern devices there was ample closet space.
